The JL-250III is a servo motor-driven soft gelatin encapsulation machine engineered for high-volume production. Operating at a rotational speed of 7 RPM, it achieves an impressive output of up to 200,000 softgel capsules per hour. Despite sharing the same die roller size as the conventional JL-250II model, the JANGLI JL-250III nearly doubles productivity. This performance enhancement is realized within a compact footprint, helping manufacturers save valuable floor space.
Key parameters—including medicine pump filling volume, injection timing, and die roller alignment—can be easily adjusted in real time via the PLC touch screen interface. This user-friendly control system simplifies operation and helps reduce raw material waste.
